Belief Systems is a benchmark administrator and data publisher. It provides informational index data and analytics to the general public. It does not operate a fund, manage assets, or issue interests of any kind.
  • The indices are theoretical, rules-based measurements. No assets track them, no vehicle replicates them, and no interest in them can be acquired from or through Belief Systems.
  • Belief Systems does not offer or accept any account, deposit, subscription, or investment. Index values are calculated quantities, not net asset values of any fund or portfolio.
  • Nothing on this website, in our documentation, or in our published index data constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or other financial instrument. Index data, performance information, and related commentary are published for informational and research purposes only.

Index values and related analytics:
  • Are derived from prices or data observed in prediction markets or other third-party sources

  • Are probabilistic, theoretical, and subject to interpretation
Belief Systems does not control, verify, or guarantee third-party data.

Non-Executable and Methodology Risk

Index values:
  • Are theoretical and model-based
  • Do not represent executable prices
  • Are presented before fees, slippage, market impact, or liquidity constraints; no result shown could necessarily be realized by trading
Index methodologies are rules-based and governed under the published Index Governance policy, which describes notice periods, correction practices, and cessation procedures. That policy is a statement of practice; Belief Systems reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any index, methodology, or feature where law, regulation, venue failure, or other events outside its reasonable control require it.

Belief Systems makes no representations or warranties regarding:

  • Performance or outcomes
  • Availability or continuity of the Services
  • Suitability for any purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belief Systems and its members, managers, officers, and agents disclaim all liability arising from use of or reliance on the Services, errors, omissions, delays, or interruptions.
