Informational Services; Experimental Access

Belief Systems primarily provides informational and research-oriented index data derived from publicly available sources. In addition, Belief Systems may, on a limited, invite-only, and discretionary basis, provide certain users with access to experimental functionality that allows participation in index-linked investment activity (the “Alpha Program”). The Alpha Program is:
  • Private and non-public
  • Experimental and subject to change
  • Not generally available
  • Revocable at any time, with or without notice
Participation in the Alpha Program does not change the informational nature of the publicly available Services.

No Investment Advice; No Fiduciary Relationship

Nothing provided by Belief Systems constitutes:
  • Investment advice
  • Financial advice
  • Legal or tax advice
  • A recommendation or endorsement of any transaction, strategy, or instrument
Belief Systems does not act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, or agent for any user. Users are solely responsible for their decisions and assume all risks associated with use of the Services or participation in the Alpha Program.

Experimental Investment Activity; Risk of Loss

Any investible functionality made available through the Alpha Program is experimental and involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of some or all contributed funds. Without limitation, risks include:
  • Software bugs, errors, or system failures
  • Delays, partial execution, or failed execution
  • Custodial, operational, or security failures
  • Liquidity constraints or execution limitations
  • Methodology changes or index composition changes
  • Pauses, throttling, or discontinuation of functionality
There are no guarantees regarding performance, liquidity, execution timing, or availability.

Custody of Assets

For Alpha Program participants, digital assets or funds may be transferred to and held in wallets or custody arrangements controlled by Belief Systems. Belief Systems:
  • Maintains operational control over such custody arrangements during the Alpha Program
  • May delay, restrict, or suspend withdrawals for operational, security, or risk-management reasons
  • Does not guarantee continuous access to, or immediate withdrawal of, funds
Custodial arrangements are experimental and may change at any time.

No Public Offering or Solicitation

Nothing contained in the Services constitutes:
  • An offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, derivative, or financial product; or
  • A public offering of any investment vehicle or instrument.
Any access to investible functionality is made solely on a private, invite-only basis and may rely on exemptions from registration or other regulatory requirements, where applicable. Participation is limited, discretionary, and not open to the general public.

Jurisdictional Limitations

The Services and any experimental functionality are made available without regard to the laws or regulations of any particular jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their access to or use of the Services is permitted under applicable law. Access may be restricted or revoked based on jurisdiction, regulatory considerations, or internal policy.

Nature of Index Data

Index values and related analytics:
  • Are derived from prices or data observed in prediction markets or other third-party sources
  • Reflect market expectations, not facts or certainties
  • Are probabilistic, theoretical, and subject to interpretation
Belief Systems does not control, verify, or guarantee third-party data.

Non-Executable and Methodology Risk

Index values:
  • May be theoretical or model-based
  • May not represent executable prices
  • May not account for fees, slippage, market impact, or liquidity constraints
Index methodologies are rules-based but may change at any time, including retroactively where appropriate. Belief Systems reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any index, methodology, or feature without notice.

Fees

Fees may apply to experimental functionality now or in the future. Belief Systems reserves the right to introduce, modify, or remove fees at any time, without prior notice. Fee structures, if any, may change during the Alpha Program.

No Guarantees; No Reliance

Belief Systems makes no representations or warranties regarding:
  • Accuracy or completeness of data
  • Performance or outcomes
  • Availability or continuity of the Services
  • Suitability for any purpose
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Users should not rely on the Services as the sole basis for any decision.

Limitation of Responsibility

Use of the Services and participation in the Alpha Program are entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belief Systems disclaims all liability arising from:
  • Use of or reliance on the Services
  • Participation in experimental functionality
  • Errors, omissions, delays, or interruptions
  • Loss of funds or digital assets
